🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

✅ 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during live streams, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📬 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method and delivery speed may vary depending on order size, value, and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

🎴 Trading Cards & Collectibles Packaging

To ensure safe delivery, all items are carefully packaged using industry-standard protection:

✅ Penny sleeves & top loaders
✅ Team bags or protective cases
✅ Bubble mailers or shipping boxes
✅ Additional protection for high-value items

Our goal is to ensure collectibles arrive in the same condition they leave our store.

🎥 Live Stream / Rip & Ship Orders

Items purchased during live streams or rip-and-ship events will be shipped after the stream concludes and packing is completed.

Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment when applicable.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates after shipment:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

✅ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
✅ Provide photos of packaging and contents

We will assist with carrier insurance claims when applicable.
