Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading cards, sealed products, and live auction items:

✅ No refunds
✅ No exchanges

will be accepted once an order has been completed or opened.

📦 Trading Cards & Collectibles

Trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, mystery products, and collectible items are sold as-is. Pull rates, card condition from sealed products, and contents cannot be guaranteed.

Opened products or items removed from original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.

🎥 Live Stream & Auction Purchases

All purchases made during live streams, auctions, rip-and-ship events, or timed sales are final at the conclusion of the sale.

By placing a bid or completing checkout, the customer agrees to this No Return / No Refund Policy.

🚚 Damaged or Shipping Issues

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping:

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

• Photo proof of packaging and item condition is required

• Approved claims may qualify for carrier insurance review only
